Originally developed with and reviewed by the Lister Hospital Stevenage NHS Oncology department -East and North Herts NHS Trust hospitals
From 2007 to 2011 Cancer Hair Care has held consultations with over 500 patients. These patients were mainly based in the South East of England. The patients used a variety of scalp cooling techniques and varying machines from various manufacturers. Since then a further 500 people have given feed back.
From 2007 to 2015 Cancer Hair Care has talked to NHS doctors, nurses and cancer charities to seek insight and information sharing
