From 2007 to 2011 Cancer Hair Care has held consultations with over 500 patients. These patients were mainly based in the South East of England. The patients used a variety of scalp cooling techniques and varying machines from various manufacturers. Since then a further 500 people have given feed back.
From 2007 to 2015 Cancer Hair Care has talked to NHS doctors, nurses and cancer charities to seek insight and information sharing
